Red Iron is a one-man operation on purpose. When you book, you get Jason — not whoever was free on the route sheet. He’s inspected hundreds of Southern Utah homes, from 1970s block houses in downtown St. George to brand-new builds in Desert Color.
He works for the person paying for the inspection — not the deal, not the agent, not the builder. If something’s wrong, it goes in the report.
